Dilpreet Jammu,
President &
CEO
Dilpreet Jammu is the President
and Chief Executive Officer of Sona Capital, Inc. Since 1987,
Mr. Jammu has held senior business, technology and investment
positions, including positions with Jones Intercable, AT&T/TCI,
Bell Northern Research and Nortel Networks. After nearly two
decades of international and domestic strategy, business
development, operations and investment experience in the
telecommunications, cable and new technology sectors, Mr. Jammu
turned his attention to angel investment.
Mr. Jammu has initiated and
managed corporate and private investments in excess of 1 billion
dollars. He has participated in mergers, acquisitions, asset
sales and purchases totaling more than 2 billion dollars. His
experience also includes managing all aspects of the investment
process from initiating relationships to conducting due diligence,
implementing exit strategies and integrating over 800 million
dollars in acquired operations. He has also developed new
business opportunities of over 100 million dollars.
Mr. Jammu earned a Bachelors
Degree in Physics and Electrical Engineering from the University of
Prince Edward Island and the University of New Brunswick
respectively and completed Executive Studies at the Wharton School
of Business.
Don Woodlee, Senior Vice
President
Don Woodlee is a Senior Vice President with Sona
Capital, Inc. In this capacity, he is responsible for the
development and implementation of strategic plans, procedures and
operational issues for all of Sona’s client projects, and managing
some of Sona’s key clients. Woodlee has been an innovator in
the development and implementation of comprehensive capital analysis
solutions for small and mid- sized corporations. Along with his Sona Capital
duties, Woodlee is also the CEO of Lightstone Advisors, LLC a wholly
owned subsidiary of Sona Capital, Inc. In addition, Woodlee is a
member of the Board of Advisor for China Wi-Max Communications,
Inc.
Woodlee spent the early years of his career working in
a variety of progressive management positions with AT&T, where
he led numerous multi-million dollar operational cost studies,
consulting, marketing and sales operations throughout the
US. Woodlee has also founded
several successful entrepreneurial ventures.
During his career, Woodlee has personally negotiated
deals of more than $400 million in corporate sales for companies
like, AT&T, NBI, Bellcore, and Oracle. Additionally,
Woodlee:

Negotiated and
structured numerous debt, equity, and cash deals in the small to
mid-cap markets.

Published the
“Initial Due Diligence Process” and “Senior Capital Advisor’s
Manual” utilized by Lightstone Advisors, LLC as its primary
revenue source.

Personally advised
numerous C level executives in debt and equity financing, deal
structure, organizational structure, operations, marketing and
sales processes.
Through his career,
Woodlee has been active in numerous community boards; March of
Dimes, (Chair), NCAA Final Four Merchants Committee, First Night
Colorado, Urban League, Alzheimer’s Association of Metro Denver,
9Health Fair (Chair), and is currently a member of the Volunteers of
America Program Committee.
